You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our performance frameworks, including OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), KPIs, and appraisal systems. Tanggung Jawab

  • Design and maintain the organizational OKR framework to ensure alignment across all departments.
  • Monitor and track KPI progress, providing actionable insights and reports to leadership.
  • Facilitate the end-to-end performance appraisal process, ensuring fairness and transparency.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate employees on OKR methodologies and performance standards.
  • Analyze performance data to identify gaps and propose strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR and Department Heads to define measurable goals that support business objectives.
  • Maintain performance management documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in performance management, HR strategy, or organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of OKR and KPI methodologies, including experience with performance management software.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; experience with HRIS or performance tracking tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
