Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and implementation of performance management frameworks, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
- Analyze organizational data and workforce trends to identify gaps and recommend strategic improvements in effectiveness and efficiency.
- Facilitate leadership workshops and training sessions focused on coaching, feedback, and talent development.
- Develop and maintain key HR metrics and dashboards to track employee performance and engagement levels.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to ensure alignment between performance goals and career progression.
- Drive initiatives related to organizational culture, employee engagement, and change management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Performance Management, Organizational Development, or HR Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP, or BambooHR) and data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment within the Indonesian market.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
