In this pivotal role, you will support the end-to-end implementation of performance management processes, ensuring our organizational values are deeply embedded in our daily operations. As a key member of our HR team, you will collaborate with leadership to design and execute strategies that not only improve individual and team performance but also strengthen the overall fabric of our organization. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead the design and implementation of performance management frameworks, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
  • Analyze organizational data and workforce trends to identify gaps and recommend strategic improvements in effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Facilitate leadership workshops and training sessions focused on coaching, feedback, and talent development.
  • Develop and maintain key HR metrics and dashboards to track employee performance and engagement levels.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to ensure alignment between performance goals and career progression.
  • Drive initiatives related to organizational culture, employee engagement, and change management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Performance Management, Organizational Development, or HR Analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP, or BambooHR) and data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment within the Indonesian market.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
