Foreo International is seeking a highly analytical and creative Performance Marketing & Analytics Specialist to join our remote-first team in Indonesia. In this role, you will be the architect behind our digital growth strategy, leveraging data to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI across diverse digital channels.

As part of a global leader in beauty-tech, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your insights directly influence product launches and market expansion. The ideal candidate is obsessed with conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and turning complex data sets into actionable business strategies.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and internal CRM dashboards.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with global brand and creative teams to align ad spend with product launches and promotional cycles.
  • Manage monthly advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and high return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Identify emerging market trends and competitive gaps to refine audience targeting and media buying strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights and data-backed recommendations to regional leadership to drive long-term business growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically with a strong focus on e-commerce and digital growth.
  • Expertise in managing paid social and search advertising platforms with proven results in scaling campaigns.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into meaningful insights for stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); familiarity with the Indonesian e-commerce landscape is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high standards of accountability.
