Lunea Skin Clinic is looking for a Performance Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Tangerang. We are seeking a candidate who can leverage advanced Excel skills to drive marketing performance across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads platforms.

You will manage end-to-end digital ad campaigns while meticulously tracking performance metrics using advanced spreadsheet tools. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads to achieve target KPIs.
- Analyze campaign performance data using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and Google Sheets.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, including budget utilization and ROAS analysis.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and audiences to maximize conversion rates.
- Monitor and adjust daily budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and optimal ad placement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop data-backed ad assets.
- Perform market research to identify new advertising trends and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets; experience with data visualization (charts, graphs) is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing digital ad accounts on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets into actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the beauty, skincare, or healthcare industry is a plus.
