In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end performance strategy, orchestrating high-impact paid advertising campaigns and organic initiatives that turn interest into measurable conversions.

You will work closely with our product and sales teams to optimize the full marketing funnel, manage multi-channel budgets, and drive sustainable, scalable growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across SEM, Social, and Display channels to drive high-quality lead generation.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel advertising budgets to maximize ROAS and minimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Lead A/B testing efforts for ad creative, landing pages, and user journey flows to boost conversion rates.
- Collaborate with content and SEO teams to integrate organic marketing strategies with paid efforts for maximum market reach.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership through regular reporting.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activity in the APAC SaaS market.
- Implement advanced tracking and attribution models to ensure data integrity across the entire sales funnel.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, ideally within the SaaS or tech industry.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with deep experience in Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio).
- Proven ability to manage significant monthly advertising budgets with a clear focus on bottom-line results.
- Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and modern landing page design principles.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring marketing team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related quantitative field.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
