Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar role
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns with measurable results
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
