Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for scaling digital growth? Pt. Indonuans Stary Grup is looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Timur. In this role, you will be the engine behind our digital acquisition efforts, responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing high-impact campaigns across multiple platforms.

You will play a critical role in driving business growth by leveraging data analytics, creative testing, and strategic bidding to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of increasing traffic, conversions, and revenue, we want to hear from you. You will work closely with our creative and business development teams to ensure our messaging resonates with our target audience while maintaining strict efficiency metrics.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve KPIs.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to boost conversion rates.
  • Manage monthly advertising budgets to ensure optimal allocation and maximum ROI.
  • Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing visual and copy assets.
  • Generate regular performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting key insights and improvement strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
  • Ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into strategic marketing decisions.
  • Experience in managing budgets and delivering measurable improvements in ROAS and CPL.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
