GMP Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Specialist (Talent Acquisition & Operations) to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Paya Lebar. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving our talent acquisition strategies while providing comprehensive HR operational support across the organization.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, source top-tier candidates through various channels, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Your responsibilities will also encompass broader HR functions including employee onboarding, HRIS maintenance, compliance tracking, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Utilize various recruitment channels including job portals, social media, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Support HR operations including employee records management, documentation, and HRIS updates
- Assist in the design and implementation of onboarding programs for new hires
- Contribute to HR policy compliance and support organizational HR initiatives
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or general HR roles
- Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment for corporate positions
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
