Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, process, and renew all necessary government permits and business licenses, including but not limited to Mayor’s Permit, BIR registration, Sanitary Permit, and other regulatory clearances.
- Coordinate and liaise with local government units (LGUs), regulatory agencies, and other relevant offices to facilitate the timely acquisition and renewal of permits.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of all permits, contracts, and compliance-related documents.
- Conduct fieldwork to various government offices and agencies as required for document submissions, payments, and follow-ups.
- Monitor changes in local and national regulations affecting the business operations and advise management on compliance requirements.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring all records are readily accessible and compliant.
- Coordinate with different departments (Operations, Engineering, Finance) to gather requirements and ensure company-wide adherence to regulatory standards.
- Prepare compliance reports and status updates for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Legal Management, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in permit processing, compliance, or government liaison work, preferably in the hospitality or property development industry.
- Strong working knowledge of government agency processes, regulatory filings, and documentary requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Willingness to do extensive fieldwork and travel within Batangas City and nearby areas.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Must be a resident of or willing to relocate to Batangas City.
