Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end permit acquisition for all Rephil Group projects, including zoning, environmental, and construction approvals
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with government agencies (LGUs, DENR, HLURB, etc.)
- Develop standardized permit workflows and compliance documentation systems
- Conduct regulatory impact assessments for new development projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, legal, project management) for permit requirements
- Monitor legislative changes and update permit strategies accordingly
- Manage permit budgets and track compliance KPIs
- Mentor junior staff on permit management best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in permit management within real estate/construction
- Deep knowledge of Philippine regulatory frameworks (BP 22, PD 1096, etc.)
- Proven track record securing complex permits in Metro Manila
- Certified Government Permitting Professional (CGPP) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in permit management software (e.g., PermitFlow, GovReady)
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities
