- Oversee daily construction site operations and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Coordinate and supervise workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Monitor construction progress and quality to meet project specifications and client requirements
- Manage project budgets and control costs to ensure profitability
- Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays that arise on-site
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure successful project completion
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction site management or supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Filipino nationals are preferred for this position
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing project requirements
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
