Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the management team.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange international/domestic travel itineraries.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format documents, reports, and presentations for leadership reviews.
  • Coordinate office logistics and ensure the smooth execution of daily administrative workflows.
  • Handle confidential documentation with high levels of integrity and discretion.
  • Track project timelines and follow up on action items to ensure management objectives are met on time.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Administration role.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, or Google Workspace).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and manage competing deadlines.
  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain high levels of professional ethics.
