Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other sensitive documentation for management review.
  • Coordinate board meetings, departmental sync-ups, and corporate events to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Conduct research and synthesize data to assist management in strategic decision-making processes.
  • Manage expense reporting, filing systems, and office inventory to ensure the workspace runs smoothly.
  • Assist in the execution of special projects and cross-departmental initiatives as assigned.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an executive support or personal assistant role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern collaboration tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to anticipating the needs of the executive team.
