BACZ S/B, a forward-thinking enterprise based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to work alongside our business owner and investor. This role offers a flexible working environment with partial work-from-home capability, ideal for a self-starter who is looking to support a high-level executive in a fast-paced business environment.
As a Personal Assistant, you will be the right hand to the owner, managing a wide range of administrative and support tasks. You will be responsible for organizing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and managing confidential information with discretion. You will also assist with personal tasks, investor relations, and other ad-hoc projects as needed.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills. You must be comfortable working independently and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment. Previous experience as a PA or executive assistant is required. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate the business owner's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and investor relations.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed, ensuring the owner's personal affairs are well managed.
- Conduct research and gather information for business decisions and investment opportunities.
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all matters.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support and coordinate special projects as assigned.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote and office environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
