Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the Director's complex schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel logistics
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols
- Coordinate daily office operations, including correspondence, communications, and administrative workflows
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal departments and external partners
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance
- Support project coordination and assist with ad-hoc administrative duties as needed
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative support role
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling tools
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
