Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedules, and appointments
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements including bookings and itineraries
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes
- Handle daily administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping
- Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and confidential documents
- Act as primary liaison for internal/external communications
- Monitor office supplies inventory and procurement processes
- Support special projects and event coordination as needed
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant (2+ years)
- Expert organizational skills with exceptional time management abilities
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality standards
- Proactive problem-solving and independent work capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
