Electric ProCare is a growing electrical services company located in the beautiful island of Bali. We are currently looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our Operational Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication across the department.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the daily calendar and schedule appointments for the Operational Manager.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute reports to stakeholders.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence via email, phone, and mail.
- Organize and maintain an efficient filing system for physical and digital documents.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as expense tracking and invoicing.
- Conduct research and compile data for internal reports and presentations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discreet and professional demeanor with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
