We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Executive Chairman at Puncak Niaga Holdings Berhad. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be required to manage operations at our headquarters in TTDI KL and our Shah Alam office.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the Executive Chairman's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Handle all confidential correspondence, reports, and documents with strict discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, visa processing, and hotel reservations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external visitors at both TTDI KL and Shah Alam offices.
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and meeting minutes for high-level board meetings and executive discussions.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary supporting C-level executives or Chairman.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
