  • Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex meeting arrangements
  • Handle incoming communications, filter emails, and prioritize executive correspondence
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with precision
  • Organize domestic/international travel logistics and accommodation
  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with discretion
  • Coordinate office operations and assist with administrative projects
  • Act as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in executive assistant or personal assistant roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
