Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director on a daily basis
- Manage and coordinate the Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for efficient document retrieval
- Handle incoming/outgoing communications including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement processes
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and errands as directed
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail
- Must be Malaysian citizen or hold relevant work permits
