Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing appointments efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between management, internal departments, and external clients to ensure seamless communication.
  • Prepare, proofread, and manage essential documentation, reports, and presentations for management review.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries for business trips.
  • Organize and facilitate company meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Manage incoming emails and correspondence, drafting professional responses on behalf of management when required.
  • Assist in general office administrative tasks to ensure a productive and organized work environment.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Administrator.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of professional integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential matters.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in an engineering setting.
