Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries, agendas, and briefing materials for senior leadership.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, screening calls and managing internal and external communications.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain confidential records, files, and documentation.
  • Coordinate departmental projects and events, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital calendar management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, confidentiality, and discretion at all times.
  • High level of initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
