Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Handle incoming communications including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with attention to detail
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for confidential records and documents
  • Coordinate office activities, meetings, and special events
  • Assist in compiling data and preparing reports for management
  • Act as primary liaison between departments and external stakeholders
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support daily operations

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
  • Strong organizational abilities with exceptional time management
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive information
