Innio Group Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and personal support to our Director. In this key role, you will serve as the primary gatekeeper of the Director's time and schedule, ensuring all professional engagements and personal tasks are managed with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Your day-to-day will involve managing complex calendars, coordinating both domestic and international travel arrangements, and preparing high-level correspondence. You will also act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication flows and maintaining the Director's professional image. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and organize the Director's daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and internal/external conference calls.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Draft, proofread, and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls and emails to prioritize the Director's time.
- Prepare agendas and take minutes during executive meetings to ensure follow-through on action items.
- Organize and manage personal errands and administrative tasks to allow the Director to focus on strategic priorities.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a corporate or executive environment.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
