Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread business correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and schedule meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Assist in general office administration and inventory management.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (speaking and writing) is essential.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an executive administrative or personal assistant role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
