Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Provide administrative support to three key executives across the Asia region
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of executives
  • Coordinate office operations and ensure a smooth workflow
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the executive team

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in office software including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
