Tanggung Jawab
- Provide safe and reliable transportation for management to meetings, appointments, and social engagements.
- Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance schedule of the company vehicle at all times.
- Assist with daily personal and professional administrative errands, including banking, document delivery, and office supplies procurement.
- Manage the calendar and scheduling requirements to ensure timely attendance at all commitments.
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professional integrity.
- Support the office/household management with basic admin tasks as requested.
- Monitor traffic updates and plan efficient routes to ensure punctuality.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Malaysian driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of routes and traffic patterns within Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, driver, or in a similar support role.
- Strong punctuality and reliability; ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with mobile scheduling apps.
- Professional grooming and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
