Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling
- Manage executive travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Coordinate procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor selection, and purchase order management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure optimal service and pricing
- Handle daily office operations, including inventory management and facility coordination
- Prepare and process expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement
- Assist in special projects and events as required by the leadership team
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative support or procurement roles
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software systems
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in the beauty, skincare, or healthcare industry is a plus
