Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders
  • Coordinate departmental activities and special projects as assigned
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely responses
  • Assist in the preparation for meetings, including agenda creation, minute-taking, and follow-up tasks
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the executive office

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional discretion
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
