In this dual role, you will handle sensitive and confidential matters with utmost discretion, acting as a key liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Simultaneously, you will provide critical administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations from recruitment coordination to employee records management.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence with confidentiality and precision.
  • Screen and prioritize communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items to facilitate decision-making.
  • Support HR in recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, handle onboarding/offboarding paperwork, and update HR databases.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR events.
  • Coordinate internal communications and ensure alignment between executive directives and HR initiatives.
  • Handle sensitive payroll, benefits, and personnel matters with absolute discretion and compliance.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally combined with HR administrative duties.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS is advantageous.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
