Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and building strong, long-term relationships.
- Coordinate operational logistics, including vendor liaison and office resource management.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or personal assistant role, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
