You will be the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination between executives and international partners. The ideal candidate will manage complex calendars, arrange domestic and international travel, handle confidential documentation, and provide comprehensive administrative support. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across time zones
- Serve as primary Mandarin interpreter for client communications and business negotiations
- Arrange complex travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
- Prepare and translate confidential documents in Mandarin and English
- Handle expense reports, vendor payments, and budget tracking
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and event logistics
- Maintain confidential records and ensure data security compliance
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Personal Assistant or executive support role
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Discretion in handling confidential information
- Strong problem-solving and initiative-taking mindset
