We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant with Mandarin language proficiency to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the President Director at Mineral Alam Abadi Group. This pivotal role requires a proactive professional who can ensure seamless schedule management, facilitate cross-cultural communication, and coordinate critical business operations. As the primary point of contact for executive affairs, you will maintain confidential correspondence, optimize meeting efficiency, and act as a liaison between the President Director and internal/external stakeholders. - Manage executive calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision
- Facilitate Mandarin-language communication with international partners and stakeholders

- Handle expense reports and budget tracking for executive activities
- Organize business events and manage logistics for executive engagements
- Maintain confidential records and ensure data security compliance
Kualifikasi
- Native or fluent Mandarin language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Minimum 3 years of executive assistant or personal support experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience in multinational corporate environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
