Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Director
  • Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Oversee daily office operations including supplies, equipment, and facility management
  • Coordinate internal communications and external stakeholder relationships
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute professional documents and correspondence
  • Manage office budget, expense reports, and vendor relationships
  • Organize meetings, events, and team activities as required

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Adaptability to multicultural work environments
