Tanggung Jawab
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex travel arrangements
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and communications with discretion
- Organize office operations, including filing, record-keeping, and document management
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee integration
- Manage office supplies inventory and vendor relationships
- Support project coordination for architectural design initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or personal assistance experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Proactive problem-solving and adaptability to changing priorities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in documentation
- Experience supporting executives or senior management preferred
