In this pivotal role, you will act as the gatekeeper and right-hand partner, ensuring the MD's time and resources are utilized effectively. This position requires a candidate with exceptional communication skills, a high degree of confidentiality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will be instrumental in enabling leadership effectiveness, streamlining daily operations, and managing complex schedules with precision.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate the Managing Director’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication on behalf of the MD.
- Prepare, proofread, and format confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Organize board meetings and leadership sessions, including agenda setting and minute taking.
- Handle travel logistics, including flight bookings, accommodation, and detailed itinerary management.
- Manage expense reporting and administrative filing systems with high accuracy.
- Support ad-hoc special projects as assigned by the executive leadership team.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a secretarial or executive assistant role, preferably supporting C-suite or senior management.
- Exceptional proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle last-minute schedule changes gracefully.
- Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Candidates able to work in the Tai Seng area are highly preferred.
