The ideal candidate will serve as the right-hand to our CEO, managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, handling confidential information with discretion, and facilitating seamless communication across all departments. You will be instrumental in ensuring the CEO's time is optimized and that all administrative tasks are executed flawlessly.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations with precision and attention to detail
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, filtering and prioritizing correspondence
- Coordinate high-level meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items
- Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO
- Travel with the CEO as needed, handling all logistical arrangements
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure the CEO's office operates efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior management
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
