Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the Director's complex daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper, managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and meeting minutes to support executive decision-making processes.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professional integrity.
- Coordinate and oversee special projects and administrative tasks to ensure timely completion and follow-up.
- Organize corporate events, board meetings, and client hospitality as required.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure the Director's instructions are implemented effectively across the organization.
- Manage personal errands and administrative tasks to optimize the Director's efficiency and focus.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, or in a similar high-level support role.
- Exceptional command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all professional interactions.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
