- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex meetings
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols
- Organize and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional documents, reports, and presentations
- Arrange comprehensive domestic and international travel itineraries and logistics
- Coordinate and execute corporate events, meetings, and special functions
- Perform advanced administrative tasks including filing, data management, and record keeping
