As the central point of contact for the Executive Director, you'll manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and handle sensitive communications with discretion. You'll oversee office logistics, from vendor management to document preparation, while supporting strategic initiatives that drive organizational success.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage Executive Director's calendar, prioritizing meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and logistical support
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, correspondence)
  • Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and official documents
  • Oversee office operations including inventory management and vendor relationships
  • Act as liaison between Executive Director and internal/external stakeholders
  • Manage sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality
  • Support special projects and ad-hoc executive initiatives

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience as Executive Assistant or Senior PA role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management systems
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Advanced organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
  • Discretion and proven ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive initiative-taking
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
