Dayou United Electronics (M) Sdn.Bhd. is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Personal Assistant to the General Manager to join our dynamic team in Klang/Port Klang. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive executive support, functioning as a trusted partner to our senior leadership and ensuring seamless operations across all business functions.

As the Personal Assistant, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders, managing sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include organizing complex calendars, coordinating international travel arrangements, preparing strategic documents, and facilitating effective communication across departments.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the General Manager's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and strategic documents with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Serve as the primary communication gateway, filtering and prioritizing inquiries while handling sensitive information confidentially
  • Coordinate cross-departmental projects and initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring timely execution of deliverables
  • Organize corporate events, client meetings, and executive travel including visa arrangements and itinerary planning
  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making and strategic planning processes
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion, maintaining professional boundaries and corporate ethics at all times

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of executive assistance experience, supporting C-level or senior management positions
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and modern office technologies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment and solve problems independently with minimal supervision
  • High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Experience in manufacturing or electronics industry is preferred but not mandatory
