Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the General Manager's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications, prioritize correspondence, and filter information for executive review
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Organize company events, conferences, and executive travel logistics
- Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with data protection protocols
- Act as a liaison between the General Manager and department heads/external partners
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary
- Proven expertise in calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Discretion and ability to handle highly confidential information
- Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
