Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the Managing Director's complex calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate and arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for the Managing Director.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between the Managing Director and internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Organize and maintain an efficient filing system for documents, reports, and records, both physical and digital.
- Assist with personal errands, event planning, and special projects as requested by the Managing Director.
- Monitor and screen communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior management.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and demonstrate proactive problem-solving.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Experience in the luxury retail, fashion, or service industry is highly advantageous.
- A proactive, resourceful, and adaptable approach to work in a dynamic environment.
