As the Personal Assistant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the Managing Director, ensuring their time is optimized and business operations run smoothly. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s professional and personal calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and visa requirements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all inquiries directed to the MD, screening phone calls and managing correspondence.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for meetings and board sessions.
  • Take accurate minutes during executive meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Organize and facilitate corporate events, internal workshops, and executive luncheons.
  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, expense tracking, and database management.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior-level management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Highly discreet, trustworthy, and possessing a high degree of integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • A relevant diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
