Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain the Director’s complex calendar, scheduling meetings, and ensuring efficient time management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for domestic and international business trips.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format reports, presentations, and correspondence with high attention to detail.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
  • Organize and attend meetings, preparing agendas and documenting comprehensive minutes for follow-up actions.
  • Manage office documentation systems and filing, ensuring confidentiality and efficient retrieval of information.
  • Support the planning and execution of special projects and corporate events hosted by the Director’s Office.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an administrative support or executive assistant role.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office productivity tools.
  • Strong command of English and Malay, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively across diverse departments.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to anticipating office needs.
