Corner House is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide exceptional executive support to the Owner. Based in the vibrant area of Seminyak, Bali, this role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will act as the right hand to the Owner, managing complex schedules, coordinating travel logistics, and ensuring seamless daily operations. We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong work ethic, impeccable discretion, and the ability to anticipate the needs of senior management.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of the Owner’s personal and professional life. Your ability to prioritize tasks and communicate effectively will be key to our success. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and coordinate the Owner's daily calendar, including meetings, appointments, and scheduling conflicts.
  • Handle all travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, both domestically and internationally.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute follow-up action items to relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening calls and emails with discretion.
  • Oversee general office administration tasks, including filing, data entry, inventory management, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations as requested by the Owner.
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks to support the smooth running of the business.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in Indonesian is a plus).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and job management software.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional discretion.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
