Corner House is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide exceptional executive support to the Owner. Based in the vibrant area of Seminyak, Bali, this role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will act as the right hand to the Owner, managing complex schedules, coordinating travel logistics, and ensuring seamless daily operations. We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong work ethic, impeccable discretion, and the ability to anticipate the needs of senior management.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate the Owner's daily calendar, including meetings, appointments, and scheduling conflicts.
- Handle all travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, both domestically and internationally.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute follow-up action items to relevant stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening calls and emails with discretion.
- Oversee general office administration tasks, including filing, data entry, inventory management, and correspondence.
- Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations as requested by the Owner.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks to support the smooth running of the business.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in Indonesian is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and job management software.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional discretion.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
