Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize tasks to optimize productivity.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, and team‑building activities.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential data and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior management, filtering communications and resolving queries.
  • Support ad‑hoc projects, research, and other duties as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years supporting C‑level executives.
  • Proven track record in event planning and working in fast‑paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail‑oriented with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Adaptive to changing priorities and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
