Union Care (M) Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a dedicated and organized Personal cum Admin Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to our Medical Director. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment within our Kulai, Johor office.
In this role, you will be at the heart of daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination of schedules, communications, and documentation. You will serve as a reliable point of contact, handling confidential matters with professionalism and discretion while supporting the Medical Director in managing their day-to-day responsibilities efficiently.

Tanggung Jawab
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Medical Director
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, with professionalism and accuracy
- Prepare comprehensive meeting notes, minutes, and action items; follow up on pending decisions
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for documents and records
- Assist with confidential human resources matters, payroll documentation, and staff welfare coordination
- Support procurement activities, including preparing purchase requisitions and managing office supplies
- Coordinate events, briefings, and internal/external meetings including logistical arrangements
- Perform general administrative tasks and provide timely updates to ensure smooth office operations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on administrative or personal assistant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Malay is an advantage
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Possess valid transport and ability to commute to Kulai, Johor
