As a key leader in our personal shopper services, you'll orchestrate seamless customer transactions while upholding SM's signature standards of excellence. Your role involves optimizing service workflows, mentoring staff on product expertise and sales techniques, and ensuring every interaction exceeds customer expectations in our dynamic retail environment.
You'll be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction through personalized service solutions, managing inventory for premium products, and analyzing sales trends to enhance our offerings. - Supervise and coordinate daily personal shopper operations to ensure premium service delivery
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for optimal product availability
- Implement and enforce SM's personal shopping service standards across all customer interactions
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify service improvement opportunities

- Collaborate with retail teams to ensure cohesive in-store and online shopping experiences
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years retail supervisory experience with team management responsibilities
- Proven track record in customer service excellence and sales performance
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop retail teams
- Expertise in inventory management and retail operations systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities in high-volume environments
