We are currently seeking a dynamic and seasoned Personal Shopping & Client Relations Manager (Fashion Stylist) to be based in Singapore and join our Personal Shopping team. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of Mytheresa for our most valued clients, crafting unforgettable shopping experiences that combine deep fashion expertise with personalized attention.
Key aspects of the role include building and nurturing strong client relationships, understanding individual style preferences, and proactively offering tailored wardrobe solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, from product selection to delivery and after-sales support. Additionally, you will represent Mytheresa at exclusive events and contribute to client acquisition strategies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-value clients through personalized outreach and exceptional service.
- Provide expert fashion styling advice and curate customized product selections based on client preferences and lifestyle.
- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and proactively recommending relevant products and promotions.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, buying, customer service) to ensure a seamless and premium client experience.
- Represent Mytheresa at exclusive events, trunk shows, and private appointments to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
- Manage client data and insights within CRM systems to track interactions, preferences, and sales performance.
- Contribute to the development of personal shopping strategies and initiatives to attract and retain top clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, personal styling, or client relations within the high-end fashion industry.
- Deep knowledge of luxury fashion brands, trends, and materials.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving client loyalty.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin) are a plus.
